Book

Green reservation and booking – Outdoor season 2026

Please read and familiarise yourself with these instructions. They will help you to get more enjoyment from the system

  • General rule; if it shows on the fixture list, green is pre-booked.  If not in fixtures, booking required.
  • Each day is divided into eight time-slots. Bookings only available for these times.
  • Times are on the hour from 10 am until 5 pm
  • If you need longer, you can book a second time-slot in the same transaction (see below).
  • Times already blanked out for home matches, hosted events, green maintenance. official roll-ups
  • No booking after 5 p.m. but casual/private match play still allowed, subject to green availability.
  • Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance, and up to three rinks can be reserved.
  • To book, go to ‘Booking’ in the Member’s area and select ‘Booking and Reservation’
  • Enter number of rinks required in ‘Slot 1’ box (up to 3).  If you leave this, it will default to one rink.
  • Select date required. Number of rinks available for each tme will be shown. e.g. 3/6 shows three rinks available from original number of six
  • Click on time required and the selected number of rinks will be reserved for that time.
  • If you require extended time, select a second time. Both times will show as selected.  Do not enter the number of rinks again;; they will automatically carry forward.
  • Make sure you select your seoond time slot brfore pressing ‘Book’
  • If you make a mistake when picking your time and date, there is a cancel button, which will not work once ‘Book’ is pressed.
  • In ‘Details’ box, enter brief reason for booking: e.g: practice, tuition, roll-up, club match, county match.
  • When all OK, press ‘Book’.  Selected times will automatically become unavailable and a confirmation message shown.
  • Confirmation email will be sent, which also contains a cancellation link, so retain it until booking date passed.
  • Where specific, numbered rinks are requested, these will be allocated by the greenkeeper
  • Members with bookings have priority over non-booked players
  • No availability before 12 noon on Tuesdays, due to green maintenance.
  • Players are responsible for putting out and putting away all equiment used.
