Booking System Instructions (Winter Season)
Select date for either Carpet or Short-Mat (up to 30 days in advance).
Click on time slot required. If ‘greyed out’ time is unavailable/pre-booked
Enter number of players in your group plus booking info (roll-up, match, etc.)
Click ‘Book’. You will receive confirmation email, including a link to cancel booking.
Those who have booked have priority over those who have not.
Due to limited availability, you are asked to be flexible and accommodate others who wish to play.
General information
Table shows availability of mats when no home matches are scheduled.
Mat availability is automatically adjusted for home matches – no need to book.
Friday a.m. slots and 18.00 slot are non-bookable (SM practice/carpet evening)
Use booking system to reserve mats for practice, roll-ups, private matches, tuition.
Mat users must ensure correct mats are down for next session.
