Booking System – Indoor Winter Season
Each day is divided into 5 time slots: 10am, 12pm*, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm. Days/times for availability of each type of mat have been agreed.
*12 p.m. time slots are 90 minutes on home match days.
Booking of time-slots for each type of mat is enabled, provided that:
The type of mat required is allocated for the day/time to be booked.
There is no match or official practice taking place.
The time slot has not already been booked.
Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance. The system will not allow bookings to be made for times which do not meet the above criteria.
It is advisable to check the fixture list and existing mat bookings, prior to booking.
In order to book, go to the Booking System, in the member’s area, go to the type of mat required and select the date/time you require. It will be ‘greyed out’ if not available. Your details will fill in automatically, as you have to be logged in to access the system. You only need to add a note in the appropriate box, confirming details of your booking, then press the ‘Book’ button.
If booking is successful, It will appear on the list of bookings made. The member making the booking will receive a confirmation email, and the reserved time-slot will change to unavailable. The email contains a cancellation link, so retain it, in case you need to cancel the booking.
Club etiquette is for outgoing players to leave correct type mats down for the incoming group. If this applies to you, please ensure you are familiar with the process for storing/swapping mats.
Due to limited resource, if you are booked for casual play, rather than a club match, please try to accommodate others who may wish to play or practice at the same time.
