President’s Day 2024 (images)

The sun shone, the rain held off and over 50 bowlers took part.  The enthusiasm and eagerness of so many members is testament to the whole club ethos; a welcoming and inclusive bowls family.

To kick off the new season, everybody wore their new livery, looking splendid for the ‘team’ photos, which will be available shortly.

There were no losers (except for those who picked a one-eyed, three-legged horse in The Grand National), and it was universally agreed that the ‘banquet’ style layout of the cluhouse complemented the feast laid out before them.  Huge congratulations to Jan, Linda and Lucie (and anyone else we may have missed), for laying on such a great spread.
