Arrive no later than 1:30 – play will commence at 2 p.m.  If you are able, please arrive early and assist in setting up the green * (see below).
Teams drawn on day (if you have not signed in by 1:30, you may not be included in the draw).  Play will be triples or rinks (4s) based on numbers.
Spider at beginning of play (proceeds in aid of BATS)
Barbecue to follow play; first burger/hotdog and Pimms free.  Additional can be purchased.
Partners/non-playing guests welcome.  Need to know numbers, so please inform Elaine.
All players will receive ‘Anniversary gift’..
Raffle will be run; donations appreciated.

If you have not yet confirmed your attendance, please do so ASAP.  Also, if you have registered but can’t now make it, select cancel option in ‘Your Matches’ and let organiser know.

* Green set up (for those not familiar with requirements)
Each ‘end’ requires: match jack, mat, 2m measuring stick, ditch marker blocks (2 minimum)
One end for each rink requires scoreboard (zero’d and checked rings have not come open), bowl collector (1 per two rinks)

This is an 'Open' fixture and anyone eligible to play can put their name forward for selection. The team will be picked from the list of available players. Please click confirm to indicate you wish to play in the fixture.
