The club has now placed an order for a new Lawn Mower. At the March Executive meeting the committee discussed the methods of bringing in more funds, to recoup the outgoing lump sum purchase of the mower and also with a view to providing a buffer in ongoing years, against depreciation of equipment and facilities.
Following discussion the committee voted unanimously to raise the cost of Match Fees for Mylor members in any club related game from the current £1.50 to £2.
This to include – Date / Rippon / Men’s Leagues / Team competitions / Strollers / Friendlies & Touring sides / Carpet Bowls / Short Mat Bowls and any other matches where Mylor members are playing as representatives of the club. As before, to be collected on a home and away basis with any balance of funds at away matches once that clubs green fees are paid to be returned to Mylor club account.
As part of these financial considerations it was also passed unanimously that cost of entry for club competitions would this year be raised to £2 per competition.
