Profile check – ACTION REQUIRED
Would all members please check their profile information by doing the following:
Once logged on, go to member’s area, then member directory. Search or scroll for your own entry and view the content.
It appears that, in the data transfer process and only on some users, a date/time format has been inserted in place of the data in one field (usually the mobile number but may be in another).
If this appears in your profile, select ‘edit profile’ then scroll down to the affected field and enter the correct details, scroll to the bottom of form and click ‘update profile’. All done!
This shouldn’t occur for new members; only for those whose data was transferred from the old site.
