AGM 2022 – further update

Further update

As part of the process for our club AGM on 25th October, the following documents have been made available from the member’s section of the website:

Agenda / Proposals to the membership including change of Constitution item / Reports to members – Carpet Bowls & 2024 Sub-Committee / Club & Men’s Captain report / Treasurers Report & Audited Accounts .  These reports have been combined into a single document for ease of access.

I stress that the Accounts should be considered as confidential for members only, please do not circulate outside of Mylor Bridge Members.

Other reports will also be made at the meeting.

The club still needs volunteers to come forward for the posts of:- Chairman / Men’s Captain / Catering Officer / Men’s representative

Just a reminder that Mylor Bridge BC Annual General meeting has been booked at the club house for Tuesday 25th October 7pm, further information regarding AGM items will be circulated shortly before the meeting.

The club is still seeking volunteers to offer their services on the executive committee for the season 2022-2023 (starting from election at the AGM in October).  Notice is on the secretaries section of the board.

Positions that are still needing a name are: Men’s Captain / Catering Officer / Chairman / Men’s Representative.

Whilst the other positions do now have a name put forward, they do of course remain open to anyone else that may wish to come forward.

Below is list of offices and, where known, the member fulfilling the role. Please note that in roles where the incumbent is continuing, other members can offer their services and this would be subject to a vote at the AGM.
