Captain’s Day

There will shortly be a notice placed on the ‘Friendly games’ section of the notice board regarding the final game of the season on Captain’s Day – Saturday 24th September.

The format this year will be a round robin event, similar in nature to the Bowls Drive last month, with players drawing for rink/team at each stage, thus incorporating all players into any position. Green entry fee is the normal £2 per player

Food will be provided afterwards – this year it has been elected to have jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings and salad selection plus dessert for £5.

Whilst it is possible to register interest in playing on the website, the catering team will need to know which potato filling you want (or confirmation  if you are not having food). Please, therefore, let Elaine know your requirements, or fil in the form on the notice board.
