Short-Mat Winter 24/25

David House is being pressed to enter the existing Short Mat league for the coming winter season. He is still trying to get a more local league off the ground, but although he has a number of interested Clubs, none have yet been willing to make a commitment.

We are aware that a number of you find the travelling distance involved in the present league arduous and the number interested in playing makes it difficult to raise a team.  The alternative is to set up internal matches and friendlies where travelling is minimised.

Before any decision is made, can those of you who wish to continue playing in the existing league please let us know so that we can see if it remains a viable option?
