AGM 2023 – further update

The Agenda for this year’s AGM has an item on Changes to the Constitution, which relates to the Club needing to have a Safeguarding officer.

It’s that time of year again as the outdoor season nears it’s conclusion that thoughts turn towards this year’s AGM.

The AGM is an essential event in the Club calendar in ensuring that the Club runs as efficiently as we can make it, so it is important that as many of our Members as possible attend.

The Club AGM will be held on Tuesday 17th October at 7.00pm in the Clubhouse.

More information will follow closer to the date, but please make a note in your diaries to keep that date free.  There is an entry in the fixture list where you can confirm your intention to attend.

One thing that you can do now is to look at the list on the noticeboard and consider nominating or even better, volunteering to take on one of the Committee posts. The Club is run by volunteers so if you feel you might be able to help that would be very welcome.
